A: To register your CyKash Game Card™, visit the Register Card page and enter your 16-digit Card Number.

A: Go to the website of the game you want to play. Choose the items or services you want, select the CyKash payment option, and enter your 16-digit Card Number. Purchases will be deducted from your CyKash Game Card™ balance. For more detail, please visit the How it Works page.

A: Yes. You can use the same CyKash Game Card™ across multiple games, as long as the card has available balance to use.

A: Log in to CyKash.com and Register your card. Once your CyKash Game Card™ is registered to your account, you will be able to view the remaining balance and usage history of the card.

A: No. The CyKash Game Card™ may only be used with Games and Services that are available on the CyKash Game Card™ website. For the list of supported games, visit the Games page.

A: No. The CyKash Game Card™ balance has no actual cash value and is not refundable or convertible back into cash.

A: Your CyKash Game Card™ is valid for one year from the date you purchased your CyKash Game Card™, after which it will expire.

A: No. All CyKash Game Card™ sales are final per the CyKash Game Card™ Terms of Service.
