The CyKash Game Card™ may only be registered at www.cykash.com. To play games a connection to the Internet, download, installation, and/or purchase of certain software or equipment may be required. Game technical support is by the game provider. CyKash and the distributors of the CyKash Game Card™ are not responsible for any technical problems associated with the games.
The value of the CyKash Game Card™ may be split across multiple games. Once redeemed to purchase service or items at a game using your CyKash Game Card™, the remaining value left over from the CyKash Game Card™ face value can be used to pay for future game items or services. After the CyKash Game Card™ balance is depleted, it cannot be used to pay for any additional items or services until it regains a positive balance. The CyKash Game Card™ does not have actual cash value and is not refundable or convertible back into cash.
You must be 13 years of age or older to purchase and register a CyKash Game Card™. Purchase and redemption for those under the age of 13 must be by a parent or guardian. Neither CyKash, Inc., the distributor of the CyKash Game Card™s, nor the retail store where the card was purchased, are responsible for loss or damage of the CyKash Game Card™ after purchase of the card at the retailer. You are solely responsible for any loss or damage resulting from lost, damaged or stolen cards or use of card without your permission. Continued use of or play on services purchased using the CyKash Game Card™ is subject to CyKash and the game provider's Service Agreement. Consumer is responsible for reading and accepting these terms prior to play.
CyKash Game Card™s must be used within one year after purchase or will be forfeited, except where prevented by law. CyKash and its licensees, affiliates and licensors make no warranties, express or implied and disclaim any warranty.
